Exhibitor Passes

There will be no physical exhibitor passes or exhibitor packs.  Exhibitors will receive electronic exhibitor passes that will need to be scanned when they enter the Venue. These will be emailed to the order account contact from Oztix, 1 week prior to the show.

It is recommended that exhibitors utilise the new Google Wallet integration to store their ticket, the information will display for exhibitors on their order receipt and they can add their ticket to their google wallet from there.

The number of exhibitor passes that will be provided to exhibitors will be determined by site size. The maximum number of exhibitor passes that will be issued free of charge are outlined below.

Those exhibitors not producing an exhibitor pass at the entry gate will be charged the full entry fee of $25.00. Exhibitor Passes are non-transferable, can only be used once daily and must not be used to admit the general public.

Additional Passes ordered will be $25 each (see Onsite Order Form).
