Bump Out Details

No exhibits shall be dismantled or removed prior to official closing time (4.00pm) on Sunday 3 May 2026.
Exhibitors are to exit through the Unwin street gate, following the security guards directions.
- All indoor exhibits must be removed by 5.00pm Monday 4 May 2026. Shell scheme will be removed from 8.00am Monday 4 May 2026.
- All outdoor exhibits must be removed by 3.00pm Tuesday 5 May 2026.
- Please note that due to the light rail construction around the Venue, there will be traffic congestion and exhibitors are asked to be patient during these times.
- Exhibitors in all hoeckers need to have all vehicles out of the marquees by 5pm on Monday 4 May 2026 (vehicles may be left outside the marquees for pick-up on Tuesday 5 May)
- Fees apply for any goods or vehicles left on the premises after 3pm Tuesday 5 May (as per Terms and Conditions)
- No leaving vehicles in P2/P3/P4 or Infield overnight-any vehicles / trailers left overnight during bump-in, the actual show or bump-out must be left in the retention basin (accessed via Grand Ave gate)
- To safeguard exhibits and personal belongings, do not leave valuable items on your stand unsupervised. During bump-out, at least one representative from your company must be on your stand until all valuable goods have been removed from the stand.
- As all hire furniture and electrics will be removed early in the morning on Monday 4 May, please ensure that all materials are taken down from shell scheme walls and all items are taken out of hired furniture before vacating your stand on Sunday 3 May 2026.
- All exhibits must be offsite by 3.00pm Tuesday 5 May as our venue hire ceases at this time.
Mini Bump-out on Sunday 3 May 2026
Cars will be allowed into the venue after 5.00pm, but only from the Grand Avenue entrance. No trucks will be allowed into the venue until 6.00pm. This will be supervised by security at the Grand Avenue entrance.
Keys are to be left in the ignition at all times and exhibitors are not to spend more than 10 minutes loading their vehicles. All products from the indoor exhibition area must be ready to be loaded into the cars as they arrive. Once vehicles are loaded, the exit will be via the Unwin Street exit. This will create a one-way traffic flow to ensure an organised bump-out. Your Exhibitor Vehicle Access Pass is to be on the dashboard of the vehicle at all times and hazard lights on.
