WHS at the Supershow

All exhibitors and staff on-site must wear a high vis safety vest and enclosed shoes at all times onsite during Bump-in.

The venue will not allow any exhibitor to come onsite without the hi vis vest and enclosed shoes.

If you don’t have a vest, we will have them available on-site for $10. We seek your assistance to ensure our site is compliant with the Regulations.

Please also ensure that your equipment has a current tag and test label, more information can be found under “Electricity & Electrical Equipment Tagging & Power Leads at the Expo”.

Bump-In is exclusively for exhibitors. No visitors are to be on-site during that time.

If you require additional time to bump-in, please request this in writing to Lauren RogersShould approval be granted, there will be a charge for exhibitors to cover the cost for additional security and WHS contractors that are required to be on-site whilst any exhibitors are on-site. The cost will be $185/hr plus GST. This amount is cost-recovery only (CCIA is not making any money on this).

Please note that any exhibitors who fail to vacate the venue premises at the close of bump-in will also be charged this additional fee of $185/hr to cover the cost of contractors required to stay back.
