Motors Dealers Licence
Please be aware of these important matters:
- The holder of a Motor Dealers Licence or Motor Vehicle Repairers Licence must include the licence holder’s name and the words licence number, Lic No. or similar abbreviation followed by the licence identifier (number) in any advertisement of any kind relating to the carrying on of the business of dealing in motor vehicles or carrying out repair work on motor vehicles at the place of business of a specified licence holder.
- CCIA will require the display of your motor dealer licence number and licence holders name on your stand at the Show. CCIA members are able to generate a template by completing the form:

- Any changes to the brand/s that are being displayed on your site must be requested in writing to Lauren Rogers for approval, no less than 3 weeks prior to the first day of the Show.
- Employee(s) of the licenced motor dealer must be in attendance on the site at all times during the Show / Expo.
- All contracts of sale or other documents with respect to any sale must be in the name of the licenced dealer. Fair Trading NSW or the Organiser may inspect contracts of sale at any time during the Show/Expo to ensure that this requirement is complied with.
