Exhibitors need to provide all customers with a receipt when they purchase goods.   The receipt should include your contact details so they can contact you after the Expo if necessary.

Report all incidents and near misses onsite to the Organiser’s Office.   This allows for tracking and rectification of hazards and common problems. The First Aid or WHS Officer will complete incident report forms.
