All exhibitors must complete and submit the Dangerous Substances Form by Friday, 25 September 2026. For more information and to submit, please e-mail EventsEpic@act.gov.au Please do not resubmit the form if you already completed the form when it was sent via the Tax Invoice / Contract earlier in the year.

Exhibitors are not allowed to paint, nail, gaffer tape, staple, screw or glue to any floor, ceiling or wall within anything in the Pavilions. Any damage to the Venue that requires repairs will be at the expense of the offending exhibitor(s).
