If exhibitors wish to offer their customers parcel pickup during the Expo, then all collections can be made at gate 2 just outside the turnstiles. This area will not be manned, exhibitors will need to liaise with their customer and take the goods over to them, when ready for collection.

EPIC requires that all temporary structures throughout the Expo are weighted down correctly, no pegging is allowed, this includes small pegs. We recommend that exhibitors bring water weights. Please ensure that all inflatable archways are tethered correctly according to their specs and that all signage is weighted properly.

During bump-in, the Expo and upon completion of the Expo, it will be your responsibility to remove all waste material (cardboard packaging or other items) from your site and to leave the area clean.
