Vehicle Access

No vehicle access is allowed onto the site prior to 8:30am each day.

This is an active Racecourse with horse training being held every day. Flags or similar that may scare the horses are not allowed to be on display before 8:30am daily. These materials must be removed every evening, and noise must be kept to a minimum.

All vehicles must be off-site by 9:00am each morning of the expo in preparation for the expo opening.

Please note that although the advertised start time is 9:30am, we may open the gates at 9:15am to alleviate the queues. The Expo will not be able to open to the public until all vehicles are off-site.
