No vehicle access is allowed onto the site prior to 8:30am every day due to horse training.
No flags, inflatable arches or similar that may scare the horses are allowed to be on display before 8:30am These materials must be removed every evening and noise kept to a minimum.
All vehicles must be off-site by 9:00am each morning of the expo, in preparation for the expo opening. This allows you 30 minutes to restock each morning. Please note the Expo will not open to the public until all vehicles are off site.
There is no storage available at the venue.
All construction on outdoor areas must be FREE STANDING and weighted down correctly.
