Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their vehicles and should lock them each night. Keys may be left with Security in their office in front of the old Railway Station entrance.

Security officers will be uniformed and therefore easily identified. These officers will also assist the exhibitors at all times, so please do not hesitate to approach them should you require guidance or assistance. Security will commence at the start of bump-in and will continue throughout the open and closed hours of the Show until completion…

Report all incidents and near misses onsite to the Organisers Office. This allows for tracking and rectification of hazards and common problems. Incident report forms will be completed by First Aid or WHS Officer.
