Report all incidents and near misses onsite to the Organisers Office. This allows for tracking and rectification of hazards and common problems. Incident report forms will be completed by our WHS Officer.

Use of industrial workplace ladders will be strictly policed and standing on the top rung of stepladders or use of chairs to gain access to heights are unacceptable work practices.
