Exhibitors are not allowed to paint, nail, gaffer tape, staple, screw or glue to any floor, ceiling or wall within anything in the Pavilions. Any damage to the Venue that requires repairs will be at the expense of the offending exhibitor(s).

Exhibitors must ensure their stand is open to view and staffed by competent representatives during the open hours of the Expo. Exhibitors may only sell products and hand out pamphlets on their contracted space. The use of videos, TVs and microphones may be permitted.
