Exhibitor Passes

There will be no physical exhibitor passes or exhibitor packs. Exhibitors will receive electronic exhibitor passes that will need to be scanned when they enter the Venue; these passes can be scanned once per day. They will be emailed to the order account contact from Oztix, 1 week prior to the expo.

If an exhibitor wishes to leave the Expo at any time during the day and come back later that same day, they must get a pass-out ticket, just like the visitors.

The number of exhibitor passes that will be provided to exhibitors, will be determine by site size. The maximum number of exhibitor passes that will be issued free of charge are outlined below. Exhibitor Passes are non-transferable and must not be used to admit the general public.

Those exhibitors not producing an exhibitor pass at the entry gate will be charged the full entry fee of $16.00. Exhibitor Passes are non-transferable, can only be used once daily and must not be used to admit the general public.

Additional Passes ordered will be $16 each (see Onsite Order Form).

Please do not use any trade or complimentary passes to gain access to your site. Exhibitor passes are the only passes that will scan prior to the gates opening.
