Deliveries during Bump In

All deliveries of stock or brochures during bump-in must be delivered to the contracted site. Please ensure you provide your courier with your site number and your contact phone number.

 

All deliveries must be made between 8:30am and 9:00am on Expo days. All vehicles must be off-site by 9:00am. Any stock coming into the Expo after this time must be carried or trolleyed onto the stand. No vehicles will be allowed into the Expo area after 8:50am on Expo days.

PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries must be organised to arrive during bump-in. Exhibitors are recommended to be on-site to accept/sign for the delivery; if Exhibitors are not on-site during delivery, CCIA staff can sign on their behalf. However, CCIA claim no responsibility or liability for stock delivered.
