Bump In Details

No vehicle access is allowed onto the site prior to 8:30am each day.

This is an active Racecourse with horse training being held every day. Flags or similar that may scare the horses are not allowed to be on display before 8:30am daily. These materials must be removed every evening, and noise must be kept to a minimum.

Outdoor & Betting Ring Exhibitors:

Wednesday          8 July                     8:30am – 6:00pm

Thursday              9 July                     8:30am – 6:00pm

 

AJ Bert Lillye Exhibitors (Indoors):

Thursday               9 July                    8:30am – 6:00pm

 

All exhibits must be completely installed and ready for display no later than 6:00pm Thursday, 9 July.

 

Bump in is exclusively for exhibitors. No consumers or children are to be on-site at any time. Under no circumstances are vehicles allowed to enter the centre of the racecourse before or after the expo.

Below are bump-in instructions based on the best access point according to your site location. These arrangements have been put in place to streamline the bump-in process. However, please be aware that if some access points are congested, security or CCIA staff may ask you to take an alternative route.

 

We ask that all exhibitors follow security and Expo staff instructions at all times.

During Bump-In, access will be as follows: (please take note of your site colour).

 

GATE 1 – Green

GATE 2 – Pink

GATE 3 – Blue

GATE 4 – Yellow

GATE 5 – Red

 

Bump-out will follow the same access points.
