Opening Times
9:30am – 4:00pm, Friday – Sunday
*9:30am will be the advertised opening time for the Show; however, to avoid long queues and disgruntled customers, visitors may be admitted at 9:15am each day of the Show. All exhibitors are therefore requested to be on their stands ready to open for business at 9:15am daily.
Please stay on your stand until closing time each day. Do not pack up your stand early.
Note that this is an active Racecourse with horse training being held every day, so vehicle access is prohibited prior to 8:30am. Flags, Inflatable Arches or similar items that may scare the horses are not allowed to be on display before 8:30am each day. These materials must be removed every evening, and noise must be kept to a minimum.
