Exhibitors conducting any lottery, trade promotion, guessing competition or games of chance may need a permit to do so. To obtain a permit or if exhibitors require information, please click the link:  https://www.onegov.nsw.gov.au/new/Categories/promotion-lotteries-fundraising#TradePromotion

Any exhibitor giving away any trade prize or holiday may need a permit and the permit number must be printed on the coupon to be filled out by the visiting public.  Any exhibitor not complying will be asked to withdraw their giveaway.
