Shell Scheme Exhibitors

Walls for stands in the Exhibition Centre will be 2.4m in height. No attachment, fitting, fixture or defacement is to be made to the flooring, ceilings or to the internal or external walls or pillars of the exhibition buildings.

 

Display material is not to be affixed or hung from the walls, glass or roof structure. Such material will be removed without notice and at the Exhibitor’s cost.  Nothing whatsoever is to be affixed or suspended from any overhead wiring. No nail, screw or other contrivance is to be driven into, nor holes to be bored into any pillar or other part of the buildings. No glue or other adhesive may be used for fixing floor coverings.

 

Suitable adhesive tapes are acceptable, but must be removed by the Exhibitor. Similarly, no awnings or semi-permanent fixtures may be erected without approval from the Organiser.

 

Hay bales are strictly forbidden on any indoor stand. All materials used in displays must be treated with a fire retardant. No display signs are to be affixed to the exterior of display panels.
