Preferred Contractors

Our official contractors for the Expo are as follows:

  • ExpoNet – for electrical, furniture hire, stand presentation, signage & AV requirements.
  • Newcastle Event Hire – for hoeckers/marquee, outdoor flooring & outdoor furniture hire

If you choose to use your own contractors for anything (apart from electrical, where you must use ExpoNet), please note there are limited time frames that external contractors can access the venue:

  • During the two days of Bump-in – access from 3.00pm – 6.00pm daily only
  • Mini bump-out on Sunday 2 February – no access allowed
  • Bump-out on Monday 3 February – access any time during Bump-out hours is allowed.
