Bump In Details

BUMP-IN (All Areas)

Wednesday	21 October	8:00am – 6:00pm
Thursday	22 October	8:00am – 6:00pm

Exhibitors will be able to drop off RVs in various locations around the Venue.

These locations include:

• Off Flemington Road (where visitors can park during Expo)
• In Wagtail Way, behind the sites
• Behind the Grandstand on the concrete (disabled parking area)

Please note that exhibitors are unable to leave anything in the above areas during the actual Expo (everything must be removed by 6:00pm Thursday), or prior to bump-in.  If you require storage prior to bump-in starting, vehicles are allowed to be dropped off in the designated storage area in EPIC campground (fees apply –$8 per night prior to bump-in and after bump-out).

Please ensure drivers do not leave vehicles in another exhibitor’s marked-out site at any time. These markings are on the ground.  

All exhibits must be completely installed and ready for display no later than 6:00pm Thursday 22 October 2026.
